An analyst’s daily routine is a continuous stream of chaotic requirements, tight deadlines, and endless meetings. At this pace, the line between "just tired" and deep burnout becomes blurred, while the cost of a mistake in specifications or architecture grows every day.
In this workshop, we will skip clichéd advice like "just get some sleep." Drawing on practical psychology and a systems approach, we will explore:
⦁ How stress subtly alters an analyst’s thinking and logic;
⦁ The difference between everyday fatigue and a dangerous stage of burnout;
⦁ Which self-regulation tools actually work in day-to-day IT work.
The main feature: during the workshop, we will conduct a rapid assessment of our own condition. You will receive personal stress indicators and leave with a clear course of action.
