Development on a Platform: How to Achieve Efficiency

A common situation in enterprise development is when multiple solutions are developed on a common platform or core. This was the approach used by development companies, but now this approach is increasingly pervasive in-house at banks and corporations. Companies expect the platform to ensure the effectiveness of their solutions, but experience shows that the platform team becomes an "internal vendor," interactions with which slow down development and limit solutions. I will share my experience in creating and developing on platforms. What should be included in a platform, and how can effective extension points be created? How can effective collaboration between the platform team and those developing on it be organized?
